Everything has copyright issues, even in the food industry! ppl tend to make fake snacks to fool their customers. that is why ppl have to find out a way to protect their copyrights efficiently. Blu-ray so far is unhackable, and that is why a lot of companies r supporting it. Too bad the blu-ray drive in the ps3 is so slow that data has to be duplicated to the disk because it takes too long for the drive to go back to read something... This kind of negates a lot of the space.

but so far, there isnt any better media format than blu-ray. ya, maybe Xbox360 will allow users to download entire games from their live site, but a game that is about 20~30GB which will take u forever to download it. dont tell me microsoft will come up with some high speed internet connection, it is harder to market it since microsoft cant upgrade all the internet cables in the world. that will have to be up to the ISPs.

maybe but the future of blue ray/dvd drives will be an external burner drive to do data backups and play old music and data libraries, optical media is obsoleting fast! Even Bill Gates stated in a public speach that music will be soon sold entierely as usb albums, and movies and games will move on to sd and xd flash cards. The new generation xbox wont even need a cd player so spending lots of cash on a Blu ray drive is overkill,let prices rock bottom and then get one for convennience sake only.

Paintball guns are basically useless for anything but paintball; airsoft guns are better but they have really dismally low muzzle energy and shoot plastic incredibly inaccurately. That's why people absolutely love airguns - they are powerful and designed for recreation. You can't fire off most guns in your yard, let alone a machine gun! It's not for hunting/killing, and it's not a weapon -- this gun is pure and awesome fun.

yea but what would you do with that gun? its too weak to actually hunt anything with, and people would shoot you in the head with a real gun if you tried shooting them with it (not as fun as airsoft/paintball) so other than breaking up ice i don't see its point, you'd be better off buying a real gun, maybe an aa12 since it's a beast. that way you can hunt beasts (fight fire with fire right?)

nope, you obviously don't get paintball mechanics here. If you swap out the solenoid valve for air with something that you can control, you can pump up the pressure(leave it open longer for the cycle of filling the chamber with compressed CO2) to whatever the chamber would withstand(hopefully slightly less than this number, for safety), and let it rip. I've seen paint guns shoot 200+ FPS higher than the field norm (300) again, not hard.

cool idea with the hose, but what's wrong with a hopper type idea like they did in paintball? Have a big container to hold like 600+ bb's and then the tube that is the diameter of bb goes to bottom of mag, make a solenoid so every time you fire, a portion of CO2 is used to force feed the next bb in line (like the system that used to be on the old angel IR3 air feed assist system). Don't know if that's true or not. But, there are many mods such as higher pressures and HPA, longer barrels, solenoid adjustment, upgrading the electronics and power system, and a slew of others. However, with the standard CO2 setup you're highly unlikely to get anywhere close to 600 (let alone 700) regardless of the other mods you do. Not sure what you're trying to do, but the stock Drozd is already awesome at the published 360FPS.

Most think those Blackbird specs are mostly marketing hype (whereas original Drozd specs were fairly accurate and possibly even a tad conservative in some shot modes). But, you could certainly hot rod it to fire that high. About that "kit," beware of claims/reviews, they sometimes embellish the specs. The FPS would probably increase, but *very unlikely* by 100FPS. I estimate maybe a 50-60FPS increase, giving about 450FPS (or so) nominal (which is still damn excellent).

No web site yet. No I am not saying it won't. Any drozd including the blackbird could be juiced up beyond 500FPS, but in Canada you would have to register it as a firearm. Perhaps, in the US (excluding Commiefornia) they don't have sucky laws like here in Canada regarding FPS on a bb gun - hell were not even allowed to own airsofts here cause of some goof politician down east. Not familiar with the kit from pyramid your talking about, but I don't have any doubt that it would increase FPS.

Anyone with a brain doesnt shoot over 15 pbs unless they feel like being dumb and shooting 20 misses a second. Its a good loader, but aint good enough to go out and buy if you already got a halo or vlocity. Finally, the whole angle and ease to reload thing is a load of crap, you rarely reload and have a perfect full hopper.

The "Rome Reborn Cell/B.E." video on Youtube is actually drawn on the RSX(PS3's GPU). All the ray-tracing is being done by Cell servers, but the images are being drawn and displayed on via the RSX. That's a 9 million polygon model (no game except Lair is beyond 5 million polys). They now have a 50 million poly model. That shows you that the PS3 is just fine for the 10 year cycle (new PS comes out around the 6th year). PS3 games will start looking like "The Getaway" PS3 demo in the next 2 years.

They DID think about the graphics "card". You can not put a card in a console when future GPU wasn't even designed yet. Plus, you have to think about the cost. Then, you have to think about the thermals from that GPU. Finally, you have to think about the power budgets. Darkmaster, what makes you think they didn't think about the graphics with the PS3? "...the speed of physics simulation in video games was lagging far behind the graphics performance of 3D rendering. it doesnt matter if the sells catch up with the xbox 360 is the fact that the processor of the ps3 is too powerful that programmers and companies can't afford to change the programming that much from the xbox 360 to the PS3 the other problem is that they expected the ps3 to be at least 10 years because of the procesor but they didnt think about how the graphics would grow so much now you can get a 9800gt which you couldnt when the xbox 360 or the ps3 got out those were created in 2008

yeah we will, not all games are made for both systems. a lot of exclusive games are coming out Darkmaster you are wrong the ps3 will never be viewed as a failure, it is catching up to the 360 in total sells even with the 360 coming out a YEAR ahead of the ps3. Also the the 10 year plan does not mean that ps4 wont come out until the 10 years are up, it is sony's life expectancy for the ps3. unlike microsoft killing all suport to the xbox when the 360 came out.

yo diria que para entonces el xbox de la tercera generacion va a traer una tarjeta ATI con DDR5 y es alli entonces cuando ps3 se dara cuenta del gran error que cometieron al hacer la consola rica en otras caracteristicas pero descartando que las graficas hiban a evolucionar tanto en otras palabras la consola la hicieron para durar 10 años pero en ese tiempo las graficas y hardware cambiarian muchisimo para entonces el nuevo xbox ganara poder de nuevo el ps3 quedara como proyecto fallido

Lastima que la consola standart sea la xbox 360 y que solo pasen los juegos tal cual como estan a la ps 3 .. practicamente se ven iguales. Todos sabemos que la ps3 da para muchisimo mas pero mientras las desarroladoras no hagan un juego enserio para la ps3 nunca vamos a ver su "capacidad real".

He's talking about the PS3...not the Xbox 360. The PS3 is basically an open platform. The PS3 will most likely be manufactured 7 years from now. Anyone can buy an SDK for the PS3 if they have the money. You are done a GREAT job of hiding your hate. NOT!
