Yeah i have its a great film. I think generally its only freaky/weird because the sound track is almost totally machinery noises. The most disturbing bit is probably when he cuts open the babies bandages and it turns out its part of the babies flesh. Its an amazing film when you realise it took Lynch years to finish it.

My latest thesis. People hear a song and it moves them. They presume the music was made from the feeling they get when listening to it. Relatively speaking, this is not the case. The song creates the feeling. Feeling does not create the song. For instance, I can record automobile traffic, or fingernails on a chalk board. Both recordings will create a "feeling", but feeling did not create the traffic or the fingernails on the chalk board. This is why music sucks today. Ass backwards approach.
