Why do they call it a parallel universe? Why can't it be perpendicular? I'm looking at a piece of paper with two circles drawn side by side. I then spin the paper on it's vertical axis 45 degrees. The circles appear to be tall ovals now. This ability only comes by being able to break away from the 2D perspective. By being able to choose the angle at which I see the paper. I wonder, if being in a 4th dimension would allow you to distort the imagery of the 3rd dimension?
