I should help you, but I can't garanti anything. It depends on your skin and your regiment, try to find out that you get these pimples because of shampoo/soap or from your bed first, like chenge it. And remember to change your pillow and everything every week and shower everyday at least once in a day, and after training. If not helping try out this tip, if it doesn't work, then I can't help you :S Everything work different for everyone.

Hey, first you have to start with sunscreen, I don't know where you live, but you should get 50+ if you can, bacuase I don't know if you are a type of person that get easily picmentation. Anyway whitenning will work great to get ride of pigmentation. Start using it, and give skin and product sometimes, before you see the results. And ofcourse you might try out my tips, I'm not sure it will work/work so great for everyone:)

This kind of mask isn't strong or that effective like other strong products on the market. Will it work or not depends on how strong or how much you have those blemishes and pigest, if you have really strong, I won't be so effective, or it might take pretty long time to see results. But ofcourse skin are like almost the same with every people, other your are a man or a girl, the result is only work or won't work. You just have to try out:) Thanks for comment.
