For my top 10 U2 it's in a toss-up for second with Bad... only With or Without You is ahead of both for me. It's a simple song, yet Pride's positivity in the guitar chords and bass and drumming and vocals just makes it stand out and ring to the ear so well. I prefer the studio version over all the live versions though... I think the studio one is more ambient and just sounds better. I seldom listen to or see a live video performance of Pride.

I loooooooove this movie! My mom would watch it over and over and over again when I was like 5. I didn't get to watch it for myself until 2 years ago and I fell in love with by the first 15 minutes. i did both (in that order) and i didnt mind it. i read the book and then watched the 2005 movie. the only thing i'd say to people planning on doing the same is to leave some time after reading the book so u dont remember every little detail and where it happened cos the movie often changes the locations to what they originally were. i thought the movie was excellent tho. keira knightly played elizabeth so well and matthew macfadyen was great too

I think it is undeniable that he obviously contributed more to making blues what it is than any other musician to their own respective genres. It was recorded in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and I was there! Great concert! Avantasia is a project band composed by Shaman (brazilian) and Edguy (german), both excelent top quality bands. They released a DVD and a album from this show, not sure you you can find them outside of Brazil. But there are some other ways, you can probably download the album.

Love this movie, love this scene. The first shot where Darcy and Lizzy "go down the dance" in a line (0:45) always cracks me up because if you take a closer look at Darcy,(he's holding hands with Lizzy at his left and Maria at his right), he's practically dangling Maria's hand by one measley finger and he's got the full embrace, locked and loaded grasp of Lizzy's hand.
