Like I always say You dont want to eat what I cook EVERYDAY. LOL But you can treat yourself once in a while. You do not have to use the bacon. You can use sweet potatoes but that would change the dish. I would like to try it though? You can use whatever cheese you like! Be sure to use real chicken broth. Careful you dont cook the sweet potatoes too much as they will fall apart and become mush? Let me know? THanks, Dave

Hey,I'm a noob at cooking, but I have a couple of questions. Does it matter what kind of potatoes you use? For instance, sweet potatoes are healthier than white potatoes so I try to use those more. And then it isn't nessessary to use that much bacon, or bacon at all is it? Finally, can I opt to use less cheese/different types (such as swiss)? I say all of this because I run cross-country, and try to keep myself healthy, lol. I try to avoid unhealthy/less healthy stuff whenever possible.
