Let us not forget that Bush just ceded more government power to the (non federal) Federal Reserve which gives it power to oversee and set lending guidelines for all banks and lending institutions in America. That means they have total control and can come in and audit and close down anyone they don't like. Meanwhile they (the federal reserve) who happens to be a private company is exempt from government audits or anything else. It is in fact a Cartel and illegal according to Constitutional law.
