I guess there had to be losses on both sides. It wouldn't look right if the decepticons all died and none of the autobots were killed. Perhapes Revenge of the Fallen will focus more on the Robots And Less on the Millitary. Or at the very least have the Millitary fighting along side the Autobots.

Hahahahaah I was reading over some of the coments, wow! Though I do have to agree molestation has nothing to do with any of this. But I'm a G1 TF Fan and I loved the new movie. "it will heal the wounds from this crappy movie." when u can make a movie better then this one. including the high detail put into them transforming. make it into the time limit set by film industry standards, appealing to ALL audiences, and doing what u think should be "right" to make it transformers. then u can call this movie crappy, till then just be happy they decided to remake transformers. if u didnt know it brought back massive intrest in the frannchise so it did some good.

Ok, I didnt like it when I saw it at the cinema! I just watched it again on dvd to see what I think a second time!! I must say! the film has serious plot issues! some real weak characters! and bad camera angles in alot of places during action!! what bothers me is how personal people get when you say anything bad about this film?? seriously! Used to love this series, still do.. but a few things kinda irks me about it now. For example, does everyone not notice how stupidly underpowered Humans are in these series? The almost total lack of military presence everywhere.. except the occasional unmanned tank that gets blown to bits. I used to love this cartoon, still do, but the ravages of time makes you see the glaring flaws in the whole setup. I mean, why have some transformers who turn into Aeroplanes and some into Cars if both can ultimately fly via thrusters under their feet? And also, Megatron has this Huge Cannon on his right arm and yet feels the need to shrink down to a piddly little hand Pistol everytime there's a fight? A classic example of being a Cartoon to sell Toy's, rather than Toy's to sell a Cartoon.

I think it's funny how people talk about it being too violent. If you watched the original shows it was violent even though it was for kids. Just like the turtles, batman, etc. I guess it being in a cartoon form gave the illusion it wasn't violent but using more realistic graphics showed how it really looks.

I'm really surprised how anyone thought it was so amazing. It was just Robots fighting. That's cool but story? No we get comic relief. What if Spiderman 1 and 2 were all comic relief and action?
