This song doesnt send a message, it describes the awkwardness of sex, how big of a role it plays in a teenager's life and the effect it has on a boy's mind. The inability for society to accept sex(and teach about it) as a large part of life and how necesary it is for humans is what leads to people calling things "perverted". Sure i wouldnt open up a conversation with "I'm gonna tear your ass up!" but i can understand the pent up sexual energy that produced that line and have for sure felt it.
