He seems to be completly lost in this field of sprituality and also taking others with him. Osho talks about the fundamentalist version of the christian God, a "father in the sky" and generalize to the whole concept of God itself. If God is perfect then he is omnipotent why couldn't he create limits within infinity, and evolution, would he be limited in his creativity ? The premise that God can't create an "unperfect" and "incomplete" world according to our limited human mind is wrong and not serious. All of this sounds funny but remains simple sophism.

No, tetatis, people believe in god to put some meaning into their lives. It's kinda shitty to go through life thinking "when I die, nothing happens". That is very nice but very few humans will reach this level of thinking. I have been there but now I'm more realist. I got to this thought also but now I realize why we plant flags in places and why we want property. Its a man-thing. Thank you for your answer. I tried. To say the truth, i have different religion (i am catholic). I don't like this way of talk. And i don't have time and patience for listening such slow way of talk. you should see it not as "someone's belief or truth" but simply as belief and truth, and the difference between the two. Some people know the truth about something, and some people only believe. What Osho is saying is not a believe system of his, but the truth he has lived and experienced, which can be experienced by anybody else. For example, thirst: everyone who has already gone thirsty can speak the truth about thirst.

I see what you mean, but looking how the self proclaimed faith-based people were attracted to bush and how he proclaims he acts on messages of god, shows how little value the concept of faith has. You cannot spread it trough verbal means , but that's where religion and ideology already peak. Ok he is spot on. But then it is wrong to say that all religions are based on God or the fear concept. Buddhism and Taosim are not god or fear (not really anyway) based. Einstein (surprising since he is Jewish) once said that Buddism is the religion of the future, because it is the only religion who can withstand the test of logic... words of a wise man.

One of the things that has always irritated me about religion is that they are all fear based - the "Behave, or else" mentality. How about living your life in a positive way just because it feels good? Follow you feelings. When you are at peace, you are on the right path.

My Friends, human creature is evolving spiritually. Morality as an unevolving mind set prevents it's growth and development. Your understanding of intrusive behavior, and therefore, immoral behavior, should expand as your understanding does. The conscious mind prevents mind sets that are incongruous with our path from invasive intrusion, without consideration, into our current belief system. It is the tool of the subconscious, not an enemy.

Absolutely ! Morality is not something that should even been consciously considered, for given that it is inherent within our being, it must flow outwardly in a manner in which there is no intervention from the conscious mind in order to allow it to begin to spiral outwards. Morality has much to do with this struggling polarity : Art of the Natural VS. Art of the artificial. It must be the art of the natural.
